I’m sure many of you out there want to do something but don’t want to draw attention to yourselves. Some would call you pussy but not everyone should be out in the open like some choose to be. Don’t get me wrong, I applaud the ones who do but there are 2 sides to every insurgence or revolution. The ones at the forefront who serve as the mouth piece for the movement, and those who hide in the shadows, move among the people, strike from out of nowhere then blend back into the crowd and disappear. These people do not want to show their face, voice their opinion, or in any way draw attention to themselves. These are the people that this post is addressed to.
Maybe you have a family you don’t want to be hurt, or maybe you just don’t want to be rounded up before the shit begins, for whatever reason you have chosen to be anonymous and it has its advantages. So what can you do if you aren’t in the open? Let’s think on this a moment. There are actually many things that you can do that most people in the open cannot, or should not. First thing is first, if you have a friend or friends involved with you make sure you can trust them to remain silent. If you wouldn’t rob a bank with them then you probably shouldn’t deal with them at all. NO, DON’T GO ROBBING BANKS. Here is a few ideas to think about however and the more people you have involved the easier it will be to pull off but the more risk of one of them ratting you and the others out.
Have some friends who don’t intend to get involved ever but are sympathetic or even just don’t give a shit to buy you weapons, with your money of course unless they want to give them to you. Have them sell them to you so that they have a receipt and then you in turn sell them again to a fake person. Anyone trying to track the weapons down will just run into an endless trail of hand written receipts and won’t have a clue who really has what. Take these weapons and break them down if possible to fit into 5 gallon buckets. Pistols obviously don’t need to be broken down. If you can’t break it down that small continue to follow these directions but your gonna need to get your hands on some water tight container large enough to fit them in, 50 gallon Sonoco drums are great. Put the weapon in a bag. Fill with gun oil and vacuum seal. Put the weapon in the bucket/drum/container. Put some foam or some other object at least 3 or 4 inches thick on top. This should be about the diameter of the container. Put on the lid and seal. Turn it over and burry it. Mark the spot with something that isn’t gonna scream this is a marker or even better gps the location and then hide those coordinates somewhere safe.
Buy Law enforcement clothing, Jackets shirts badges hats whatever you can get your hands on, if you can get complete uniforms awesome but won’t be necessary, point is to blend in with the ones hunting you. Collect a good amount of this stuff, toss in the drier to get out all the moisture, bag it and vacuum seal and burry this shit as well. Try not to put all this stuff in one location either, if you can split it up around town at friends and families houses that you can trust. Do the same for med supplies.
If you haven’t yet, build up a proper bug out bag, If you fail to do this however and find yourself in n emergency you can throw one together but keep it small and simple (THIS IS IF YOU JUST FAILED TO BE PREPARED AND IN NO WAY REFLECTS A PROPER BOB....THIS IS FOR RAPID MOVEMENT NOT LONG TERM SURVIVAL), a lot of people like to put everything they think they will need into a bag and end up with 2 or 3 bags and weigh a ton, they think well ill just keep it in my trunk and yea this is a good idea but if you end up on foot your gonna be screwed. A change of clothes, pair of shoes, small med kit, pocket knife, bottle of water, n maybe a few other things should be all you need, you don’t need food, personal hygiene shit or all that other fancy stuff. You want it to be light and compact, something you can run with. You can always get food and other needs later when you’ve reached a safe place to hide.
Avoid flashlights and fires if you can help it, Light discipline can preserve your life. A fire can be seen for miles, a flashlight can be too in the right conditions, even a red lense flashlight can be seen great distances. A cigarette, for all you smokers can give a sniper a target straight to your head, avoid smoking outside if you can help it. You all were probably told that doing things like reading in the dark will harm your eyes but this isn’t really true. The more you use your eyes in the dark the more you will be able to see in the dark. Unfortunately this also makes them light sensitive and daylight will start to blind you, you can help counter this with some good polarized shades.
Use your own imagination about this kind of stuff and really think about things and plan for all scenarios. Read books on survival, talk to former soldiers and ask them for tips and tricks of the trade, get your hands on as many military field manuals as you can and read them like gospel. If you see a cop speeding down the road with sirens blasting, follow him …*DON’T SPEED AND DRAW ATTENTION TO YOURSELF* but follow him as best you can and watch their movements, study how they operate from a distance but don’t get in their way and try not to be noticed. There are so many things you CAN do to better your chances of not only keeping yourself alive if the government crosses the line but also keep your loved ones alive and safe as well.

Sucking Chest Wounds
A sucking wound to the chest is one that has pierced the lung and displaced the vacuum. Even if the entrance and exit wound are small, the tear to the lung can be very large. This is mainly due to what is know as the temporary cavity. When a bullet pierces a body it creates a temporary cavity that basically expands the area outward from the increased pressure around the bullet and the tumbling action as it passes through. A second later the wound closes back up and leaves what is know as a permanent cavity. This is the hole left behind that is created from the missing flesh displaced by the round. Though this may seem bad it is survivable if there are persons around who know how to deal with this situation. The following describes how to administer first aid to the victim as I remember so if I am inaccurate in this please by all means notify me but keep in mind this is meant to help someone WITHOUT proper medical supplies laying around so don’t start flaming me about sterility and shit only an EMT has cause if you have all the shit you need then you don’t need to be reading this.
First things first
1. Evaluate the casualty - Be ready to administer CPR or other lifesaving measures such as clearing airways, treating for shock, and bleeding control
2. Expose the wound - cut away clothing and clear the wound of debris but be careful not to PUll or Tear away any material that may be stuck to the wound and cause more damage. DO NOT CLEAN THE WOUND!! anything you put on the wound will likely be drawn into the wound and cause more damage and raise chances of internal infection. Examine for an exit wound or wounds. If so treat each wound separately, Treat the wound bleeding the most/largest first. Look for the presence of a pink foamy substance, this is the blood plasma mixed with air escaping from the lung and is an indicator of a lung puncture .Also listen for sucking sounds coming from the chest. if there is an object extending from the wound, DO NOT REMOVE IT, dress the wound around the object.
3. Find dressing material and plastic sheeting, cigarette pack cellophane, rain coat material, pool liner, anything that will hold air basically and will cover the wound. the dressing can be a bandage, shirt, the clothing you cut off the victim, again, what ever you can find. Use tape if you can to secure 3 sides of the cellophane. this is to create a valve so air can escape but not be drawn back in.
4. Place the dressing on the wound and have the victim try to breath normally. Tie the dressing in place.
5. If the victim must be moved to another location and there aren’t any EMS on the way try to keep them in a horizontal position during transportation so as to help keep blood from filling the lung and aiding in collapse. GET PROPER MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IMMEDIATLY.

Defeating FLIR
Today I want to talk about FLIR. FLIR stands for Forward Looking Infra Red. Pronounced Fleer, the FLIR technology is used by the US military and LEO's along with other similar orginizations for detecting, tracking, and watching humans covertly though it can be used for other purposes. To understand how FLIR works we are going to have to go over some basic principles most people arent used to. Sight is based on light reflecting off an object and then to your eye. What you see with your naked eye isnt really the object itself but rather the light reflecting off it or emitted from it. Infrared light as most people know is invisible to humans. what most people do not realize is that HEAT or thermal energy is a form of radiation and so is infrared. Basicly speaking and for simplistic purposes HEAT is INFRARED.
Ok, I hope you're still following me here and havent gotten lost already. The human body puts out about 250 BTU's of heat when really calm and cool and up to around 2500 BTU's when really worked up. With that in mind you can see how the more energetic you are the more Infrared heat your body emits. FLIR works by converting that infrared radiation or light into visible light displayed on a screen. Here are some videos I've found displaying FLIR imaging with special thanks to wbeaty of Youtube for these uploads.
Here you can see how heat is transfered from you to another object.
Here you can see how even bare feet can leave a trail for someone to follow though someone with shoes on would not normaly leave tracks like this.
This one displays alot of things I'll discuss below.
Now that you have seen how this imaging system works lets talk about ways to get around it or hide from it. This concept isnt as hard as it seems though there are up and downsides to your amount of protection. If you havent already gotten used to the idea of heat=light just think of yourself as a light bulb. Now light is blocked by solid objects and in a sense so is infrared, however the object doesn't need to be opaque, It only needs to be solid. A pane of clear glass that you can normally see through will block infrared, however as in the last video above, a black trash bag that you would normally not be able to see through may as well not even be there. Lets go over some basic principles of heat. Heat always seeks equalibrium with its surroundings. It will move from a warmer area to a colder area in an attempt to equal out itself. If you are leaning against a sheet metal wall for instance, and someone on the other side of that wall is useing FLIR and watching the wall, at first they will not see you. But as your body heats up the area you are leaning against you will eventually become visible, or at least give off your location. If you move away your "Heat Signature" will remain for a short time but eventually will fade back out as the wall cools down.
What will block infrared? Glass works good, metal, plastics, even cloth. The thicker the better. when attepting to hide from FLIR it is important that you have a buffer zone between you and what you are hideing behind or under. Touching the object will greatly increase the heat transfer rate and only serve to expose you. Also, the longer you stay hidden, even if not touching the object, the warmer the object will become. Though it will not show a perfect outline of you, when someone searching for you sees a warmer area than the natural surroundings they are likely to investigate and find you. An ideal place to hide would be an empty room with no holes in the walls, ceiling, or floor. However a heavy tarp or multiple tarps draped over you but not touching you could make a decent hideout for a few minutes. Though glass will block infrared a sniper couldnt make much use of that if he was to cut a small hole in a window to fire out of because as soon as you cut a hole in that window, you have now provided a way for heat to escape and thus flag your position. Even a small hole will show up on FLIR and if or when you move in front of it, that hole will light up like a light bulb. Another way to help hide yourself is to cool yourself off though this works temporarily. The problem with that however is that you can easily over do it or not cool off enough and if you dont match the temp of the area around you, you will still be seen. Hideing underwater works great if you can submurge yourself with about a foot or more of water above you but when you come up for air you will be seen.
One more thing to think about is the method of its use. Hand held units are used but more likely this type of imaging will come from above. Mounted on helicopters, this unit can provide a compounded advantage over the enemy but when you find yourself considered the enemy this technology can spell doom for you. There is no real way to escape this device once implemented on you and a good control is tracking you, However with the knowledge we have gone over, a little creativity, and some luck and you can disappear into the surroundings and elude pursuit. A common tactic used by military and police alike is to have one controler randomly move a spot light around in random areas giving you, the person being tracked, the sense of safety, all the while a second controler is watching you on FLIR and coordinating ground troops/officers to surround and subdue you. Never get the feeling you are safe until hours have passed since you've heard a siren, dog, radio, helicopter, and even then assume they are still looking.
So lets review what we have learned here today. Heat=Light, solid objects will block infrared .... the thicker the better, Dont touch the object your hideing behind, even the smallest hole can give you away. smaller the area you are in the shorter amount of time you can stay there.
Now ... why would you need to know this? just ask these guys
